We usually deliver a Temporary Kitchen Pod within 48 hours of ordering. At popular times we can become fully booked around 4 weeks in advance so we recommend reserving a Pod as early as possible.
Don’t worry, this is often the case, we work with approximate dates all the time. Simply reserve a Pod with a ‘to be confirmed’ approximate start date e.g ‘Mid May’. We will pencil you in, then, when you know your date we will book a delivery slot for you.
Yes, we have worked with many insurance companies to provide a solution for policy holders during a claim. A Temporary Kitchen Pod is often preferred over moving into alternative accommodation (Please check with your insurance company before placing an order).
Don’t worry. We work with moving dates all the time. We will ask you to tell us when you are ready to book a collection. We will never take a Pod away until you are ready to let it go!
We have found that our customers prefer to use their own household goods. Please use the power sockets provided in the Pod to plug in your own small appliances.
All Standard and Luxury Pods are delivered with a Calor LPG cannister. There will be an unknown quantity of gas inside. This bottle can easily be exchanged for a full one at your local fuel station or DIY store. We ask that you be responsible for the cost of any replenishment require during your hire.
Absolutely. We want you to feel comfortable and at home in the Pod. Please use it like you would your own kitchen.
